CREATIVE OPERATIONS

We're a creative family, building copy, data and visual assets for each corner of the FARFETCH Ecommerce Platform. We are dedicated to providing gold standard imagery, content and production services for our partners and creating an engaging on-site experience for our customers.

Our Guimarães office is located in this beautiful and historic city, often described as the 'birthplace of Portugal'. This is where our European Production team is based, in a custom-built office and studio facility which has a games room, music area and unbeatable chill out zone with a hammock that fits up to 20 people!

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Catalogue Rules Team Leader, you will join the Content Department, under the Product Catalogue Management team. You'll work with the Product Catalogue Management Team, Operations and Commercial teams, supporting the validation, creation and management of Blocking Rules/Business rules and promote the continuous improvement, standardization and evolution of the Catalogue Rules processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You'll manage the validation, creation, and updates of Blocking Rules requests and for other Product Availability processes to manage our Catalogue;
  • Manage all requests through Service Desk, analyzing the requests' rationale and influence on the Platform or concurrent Rules, ensuring the agreed service level agreements and requesters' needs are met;
  • Perform monitoring on performance, concurrence and validity of all existing Blocking Rules;
  • Support ad-hoc requests to check the blocked status of Products;
  • Provide regular reporting, visibility and insights on Product Availability to all relevant teams;
  • Support the wider Operations and Commercial teams in the analysis, set up of new processes surrounding Blocking Rules and Product Availability.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in an analytical field, with the ability to understand both IT and Business Concepts and Tools;
  • Advanced user in Excel (mandatory), with basic knowledge SQL and Python (nice to have);
  • Experienced in and knowledgeable of E-commerce Product Information Management (nice to have);
  • Keen on process optimization;
  • Aprofessional with the ability to extract, interpret and story-tell data;
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Motivated to work in a energetic environment;
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work with different teams.
